April - 2005. My Sisters Cake. The act of creativity can take many forms, one of my sisters creative attributes is making cakes. She has of course many others, but her cakes and some would say apple pies are truly amazing. Portion control becomes a serious issue when confronted with one of her chocolate cakes !! I came to the conclusion, to do true justice to her creativity there was only one way to eat the cake she made for me. The sun was shining, the birds were singing I took the cake into the garden, abandoned ideas of 'portions' and ate it. I stopped half-way to record best ways to eat a cake - just eat it. :)..
