March - an Eventful Month. The month started well enough, the birds were singing and the sun was shining, a definite improvement on February. Life in the garden got busy. My self appointed personal trainer- who keeps me digging ! The tortoise came out of hibernation and he`s huge. A sleeping hedgehog. The hedgehog was buried half in the ground under a pile of leaves and had to be relocated under another leafy shrub where he would not be disturbed. I don`t think he minded too much.
